A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE PROPOSED ROAD CONCRETING PROJECT

AMOUNTING ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (php. 1,700,000.00.)
FROM CITY AID FOR CY 2025 OF BARANGAY SIKITAN KIDAPAWAN CITY.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council has endorsed for approval and adoption by the
Sangguniang Barangay the proposed Project of Funding of City Aid in the amount of One Million
Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP. 1,700,000.00.) Only for CY 2025 of Barangay Sikitan
Kidapawan City.

WHEREAS, the Barangay has no sufficient funds for the Concreting of Barangay Road for Purok-2
going to Purok-3;

WHEREAS, the concreting of road pavement will provide ease of accessibility for transport sector
to utilize for social economic activities of the people;

WHEREAS, after review, the said Barangay Development Plan, as attached, is found to be in line
with the development policies of the Barangay Government and the City Development Council;

WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion of Hon. Jerry I. Salmorin, duly seconded and
approved by the body, be it;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to

approve and adopt the proposed project of Road Concreting Funding of City Aid in the amount of
One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (php. 1,700,000.00.) Only for CY 2025 of Barangay
Sikitan Kidapawan City.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of the resolution to be furnished to the office of the City
Planning and other concerned offices for their information and approval.
