WHH TURKEY ÇALIŞAN ADAYI KİŞİSEL
VERİLERİNE İLİŞKİN AYDINLATMA METNİ
Bu aydınlatma metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin
Korunması Kanununun (“Kanun”) 10. maddesi ile
Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde
Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ kapsamında
veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Deutsche Welthungerhilfe e.V.
Türkiye Temsilciliği (“WHH Türkiye”) tarafından
hazırlanmıştır.
WHH Türkiye tarafından, aşağıda belirtilen kişisel
verileriniz, farklı platformlarda yayınlanan iş ilanlarına
yaptığınız başvuru çerçevesinde veya WHH Türkiye’ye
doğrudan gönderdiğiniz özgeçmişlerinizin işe alım
süreçlerinde değerlendirilmesi suretiyle, aşağıda
belirtilen amaçlarla, Kanunun 5. maddesinde belirtilen
“işleme faaliyetinin bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya
korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması” ve “bir
sözleşmenin kurulması için kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin
gerekli olması” hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak,
tamamen veya kısmen otomatik yolla işlenecek ve aynı
amaçların gerçekleştirilebilmesi için tedarikçilerimize
aktarılacaktır.

PROCESSING OF JOB CANDIDATES’
PERSONAL DATA
This Privacy Notice was drafted by Deutsche
Welthungerhilfe e.V. Turkey Representation Office
(“WHH Turkey”) as data controller in accordance with
Article 10 of the Turkish Law No 6698 on the Protection
of Personal Data (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the
Principles and Procedures in Conforming with the
Obligation to Inform.
WHH Turkey shall process your personal data mentioned
below for the mentioned objectives and transfer them to
third party suppliers when you apply to a job ad
published on any platform or send your CV/résumé to
WHH Turkey directly on the legal bases referred to in
Article 5, “the processing activity is necessary for
establishment, use or protection of a right” and “the
processing is necessary for the conclusion or fulfilment
of a contract”) by wholly or partly automatic means.

BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
