# IMPORTANT NOTICE....... Meluth

students association in universities and Higher institutes in Juba and Khartoum -Sudan based in Juba
South Sudan.

With due diligence and profound respect to my follow students members.

The resolution of general assembly meeting held on Sunday 07th/April/2024 -AD in SUDAN INTERIOR
CHURCH-HAI REFERENDUM.

General assembly formed sterling Committee as follow

1. Aguong Koch Aguong - Chairperson

2. Senna Monychol Monydor- secretary
3. Gong Dok Chan- Information secretary
4. Abraham Amol Deng - Member
5. Molana Awow Bol Juach- Member

The solely responsibilities and the mission entitled to the committee by general assembly are as
follows;
1. purpose of the constituent-law and investigation of (CMC members) of meluth students
association in universities and Higher institutes in Juba and Khartoum-based in Juba. For
unconstitutional implementation of relevant regulations
Of the constitution which have been announced by chairman of meluth students association in
universities and Higher institutes in Juba and Khartoum-Juba as its been officially amended and
therefore it is under legal registration in the ministry of justice and RRC.

REPEATEDLY
According to the final declaration of the chairman of meluth students association in universities
and Higher institutes as its already been approved and amended by general assembly according
to constitution amendment Committee in their respective final report submission.
The steering committee
In capacity to review on how constitution amendment has been ratified and finalised in absence
of necessary existing law and procedures.
Further investigation on how it was passed in absolute terms.
And therefore concern questions to give out the facts which will be very clearly and
comprehensive with evidence in realistic nature of trust and that might not be relatively
 powered by general assembly on committee and give the written final documents with the
signatures of the committee of constitution amendment.

The witnesses will be asked to testify before the committee on whether the evidence was
sufficient to justify the prosecution to prove that it was properly presented by evidence
obtained from witnesses.
According to the lawsuit filed against committee members present in last meeting held on
26th November 2023- AD
Witnesses who are to testify are as follow:-
1. Mr Mandela Awan Bol-Chairperson of Maluth youth association-Juba

2.Mr Bol Thon Anen- General Secretary-Maluth youth association-Juba.

3. Mr .Monygau Lor Dol - Finance secretary- Maluth association-Juba

4. Molana Malat Ahoch Abujok

5. Molana Ajing Chol

6. Ustaz Tor Machar

Other parti will be invited to attend this sensitive meeting.

SECONDLY

The steering committee will hold meeting with executive office of meluth students association in
universities and Higher institutes in Juba and Khartoum-Juba which is supposed to handover the office
on date 26th March 2024 according to constitution.

Accordingly , will be question to sign-out and indicate the date of handover and election day within this
week according to the oral agreement made by general assembly
