Conditions of Work:

1. Salary: N450,000 will be your initial monthly salary, payable to the bank account
information, after any relevant deductions.
2. Benefits: In accordance with corporate policy, you will be qualified for our full range of
benefits, which includes health insurance, retirement programs, and a clothing
allowance.
3. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with sporadic flexibility
needed in accordance with company requirements.
Probationary Period: You will be subject to a three-month probationary period during
which your performance will be evaluated.
5. Termination: The employment relationship with ELN Nigeria LTD is at-will, meaning
that either party may end it whenever they choose, for any reason, and with or without
prior warning.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Research Analyst (Management Trainee), you will be responsible for:

- Conducting market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Assisting in the development of business plans and strategies.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.

- Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Participating in training programs and developmental assignments to enhance skills

and knowledge.
