NEW DELHI MUNICIPAL COUNCIL PALIKA KENDRA, NEW DELHI HEALTH ESTABILISHMENT-II Srtatt- 8]e1[2024 VACANCY NOTICE In accordance with policy guidelines for deputation and absorption and provisions relating to deputation/absorption contained in Recruitment Rules for GOMO (Grade-II)_ of + NDMC notified fe notification F.No.4/22/2001/UD/pt-file-2/9522/1000, dated the 30‘ May, 2007 & further amendment made vide Notification File No. A-42015/4/2017-H (Estt.)-II/D-214 dated 17.01.2024, respectively, applications are invited for permanent absorption in the NDMC from eligible and willing deputationists for one post of Senior Medical Officer, in the prescribed Proforma (as at Annexure ‘A'), alongwith their declaration/wilingness, so as to reach this office latest by 28th February, 2024. 2, It will be mandatory that each application is submitted through proper channel. The supervisory officers, should be sent only in respect of most deserving deputationists who fulfill the eligibility criteria, as per the RRs and policy guidelines of the Government and whose continuance in the New Delhi Municipal is absolutely necessary in the long run-on functional grounds and utility of the services of such person is in the interests of the organization, 3. The eligibility criteria for absorption are as under: - (i) [Eligible and willing deputationist(s) may apply for absorption in NDMC | in the present holding post of deputation. (ii) [Minimum Educational qualifications — Posts | Education Qualifications Senior |1. (a) A recognized medical qualification included in the first Medical |or second schedule or Part-II of the third schedule to the Officer | Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Holders of the educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third schedules should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in a subsection of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (b) Completion of compulsory relating internship. (c) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department (iii) |The maximum age limit for absorption shail not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application. (iv) |Deputationists once absorbed are liable to be posted to any department under Medical Services of NDMC. (v) /Deputationists should not have any major / minor (except warning) penalty in the last 10 years. 4, The Service Book and copy of complete APAR folder, duly attested, Pertaining to the period of work in New Delhi Municipal Council, alongwith integrity and disciplinary/vigilance certificate, must be attached with the recommendations. 5. The recommendations received with incomplete information are liable to be rejected without any intimation. 6.
