1.00 Supply, Install, Test and Commission the following
items:
LIGHTING INSTALLATION
1.01 Carefully remove the existing electrical fittings, store safely
and handover to the client. No. 140
1.02 Lighting points wired in 3x1.5mm2 PVC Copper Cables
drawn in concealed 20mm Diameter HG PVC
conduits/trunking complete with all necessary accessories
but excluding switches for one and two way switching. No. 20
1.03 Supply and install 10 Amps rated chrome plated switches
for flush mounting and as Schneider or approved
equivalent.
(a) One gang one way No 2
(b) Two gang two way No 2
1.04 Supply, install, test and commission the following lighting
fittings.
a) 600x600mm 36W 3600Lumen, Recessed backlit (panel)
LED luminaire of full box welded monolithic seamless steel
construction with post coat powder paint finish for layin
installation, with acrylic microprism and dispersal diffuser
combination and high efficiency LED modules,4000k color
temperature and 35000hr lifetime as Philips coreline panel
or Approved equivalent. No 125
b) 150mm dia, 22W Circular Recessed Ceiling LED
Downlight,with protected glass cover 50000Hrs lifetime
2100lm complete with emergency conversion kit as
PHILIPS CORELINE or approved equivalent. No 20
1.05 Supply and install emergency exit point wiring done using
fire resistant 2x1.5mm2 PVC copper cables drawn in 20

mm dia PVC heavy gauge conduits but without the manual
call point.
1.06 Supply and install 300mm 8w fluorescent emergency EXIT
lighting luminaire with 3hour duration and as Philips or No 3
approved equivalent.
1.07 Supply and install 13Amps twin switched socket outlet
point for using 3 x 2.5mm2 PVC insulated copper cables
drawn in 25mm diameter PVC heavy gauge conduits laid
concealed in the floors and walls but without the outlet
plates. No 16
1.08 Supply and install White 13Amps twin switched socket
outlet with a 2A, 2outlet USB charger as MK or an equal
and approved equivalent. No 16

1.09 Supply and install hand drier circuits wired using
2x6mm2+4.0mm2 ECC PVC insulated copper cables drawn
in 25 mm diameter PVC heavy gauge conduits but

2x4mm2+2.5mm2 ECC PVC insulated copper cables drawn

complete with a pilot lamp and as MK or approved

terminated patch cords or approved equivalent. Colour to be

1.14 Siemon Category 6A 4pair, 24 AWG, UTP, 10 ohm cable,
must exceed ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B1 requirement or
approved equivalent.

1.15 IP67 IP Based Door Reader with Biometric (Finger),
Proximity Card Reader and keypad to provide
comprehensive access control compartible with the existing

1.16 Allow for wiring using 4 Pair Mylar 0.22mm Mylar
Screened Cable, aluminium screen: tinned annealed copper
conductor.

1.17 Provide integration and looping of the readers with the
biometric readers already installed.
