Objectives

The main objectives of this management plan are:

1. Decrease the likelihood of security breaches in the company by 90%

2. Improve the effectiveness of security systems and protocols

Strategy

The Security Operations Manager will lead the execution of this plan and will
oversee all aspects of the company’s security operations initiatives. He will work
with key personnel in improving existing security policies and systems and
developing new ones. Meanwhile, the Security Operations Analyst will assess the
company’s threat detection capabilities, research new security threats, and help
in developing software that will automate and accelerate the company’s
operational processes.

He will oversee the organization’s asset and information safety initiatives as well
as lead the implementation of the security operations management plan.

He will be responsible for ensuring all security operations software is up to date
as well as researching the latest security threats.
