STRATEGY GUIDE
FORMULATE YOUR OWN CONTENT STRATEGY BASED ON YOUR BUSINESS' NEEDS
INTRODUCTION

We have different businesses, different brands,

offers and different target market.

As a business owners, we truly understand the

significant of strategized contents for our business
marketing needs, but we don't have a formal
education about that, so I wrote this guide to help
you cut the cost of enrolling to an expensive e-
course and to cut the cost of hiring someone
doing the contents and strategy which is they
don't exactly understand what you are coming
from.

Another thing is, the moment we step in into

customizing our content strategies, people will
really feel the connection and that would lead
them to trust your business more.
Use these
5 CONTENT
CATEGORIES
according to what
your business needs
CATEGORY 1: CONNECT & RELATE
What really sparks engagements on your posts are the
connection you are building with your audience.

When you are showing and telling them how you

understands their daily lives, dilemmas, doubts, goals
and desires in their life (in connection to your offering)
is very vital in marketing.

You have to know them first, while you are introducing

yourself to them.

It's like, you're being friendly to someone who is

completely stranger to you.

That is why, they often ignore your posts saying

"AVAILABLE NOW, ORDER NOW, ON SALE."

If I would be asked about this and If I am your customer

who's eyeing you quite sometime now, I would rather
not buy, because I am hesitant and I am not confident
if you can be the perfect store for me to buy some
stuffs. It's like I am buying to a robot.

What I would like to see as a buyer from a seller is the

light in you. I wanna see the REAL YOU. I want to be
friends with you before I would buy your stuffs..
So being funny, natural, being who are in your feed, in
your captions, in your stories, even in messaging, I wanna
see your emojis here and there. I would want to connect
and relate to who you are.

Tell them a bit of your stories like your past experiences.

CATEGORY 2: PROMOTE & SELL

This is the time you share your product/services. But,
in a very creative way. When I say in a very creative
way, don't go straight to the point that you are
going to promote your products/offer.

Capture them thru emotions, Don't hype on your

captions, just can use different headlines on your
captions that will make them stop & stare.

If your content is very predictable, people will only

keep on scrolling the moment your post show up on
their feed.

CATEGORY 3: EDUCATE & INSPIRE

The moment you think that people are reacting and
connecting to your contents, give them value and
some contents that are very beneficial to them,
hacks, tips, infographics, or maybe you can also
share feedbacks and positive reviews.
When you started out your business out of your passion,
goals and dreams. It is very easy to give people
motivation and inspiration. You can just share what are
your plans, favorite qoutes, how you handle the stress
and pressure on the business, just let them know that
you are being strong and confident no matter what,
because they will see you as an influencer, the moment
you touched someone's heart, the moment they will see
you as the real you behind your business, YOU'RE
STARTING TO INFLUENCE THEIR DECISION TO BUY.

Being an influencer doesn't have to be followed by

many. Famous people are being called "influencer"
because they have captures the heart of many people.

In marketing, that is what "NETWORKING" means,

inspire people, be friendly yo people. helping people.
That is how we should market, and show them that you
have a heart. That you're just not their only to get sales.

CATEGORY 4: ABOUT THE BUSINESS

People are curious, everything about your process,

sometimes we have to roll out the curtain and show
them the behind the scenes of the business.
It's just that there's magic when people see how
sincere, genuine and how ready you are in your
business.

This will help them think and consider buying from you
because it will be that start of building trust.

CATEGORY 5: ENGAGE & ENTERTAIN

Everybody wants to engage if their is something funny,

something interesting, something will catch their
attention.

By the way, engagement is not only measure by how

many reactions, shares, views etc. Social media also
rates the engagements on insights if how long a user
click or read your posts.

CONTENT MARKETING HAS ALMOST NO LIMIT, AND IT'S
CONSTANT, we cannot predict what will be trending
today or tomorrow. Many businesses are not aware of
that and it is d*mn normal if there are days of no/less
sales!

So, never ever stop learning from it because we have

to accept that marketing is quite challenging but if
don't have Plan A, Plan B, nothing will work out. NEVER
EVER STOP LEARNING & TRYING.

What you can do instead is, do not overthink about it.

Just focus on what you are in-control.

Your captions, timing of your posts, your graphics, your

product quality, your rebutt on messaging when
converting sales, etc.

JUST DONT AFRAID TO TRY NEW THINGS.

THAT IS JUST A PART OF GROWING A BUSINESS.

AFTER FORMULATING YOUR STRATEGY,
YOU CAN NOW PROCEED TO YOUR
PLANNER (OR BLANK PLANNER IF YOU WISH
TO DO IT FROM SCRATCH).

THEN, YOU CAN SCHEDULE WEEKLY.

MONITOR YOUR PAGE INSIGHTS IF THERE

IS AN IMPROVEMENT, JUST CONTINUE THE
FORMULATED STRATEGY.

IF THERE ARE NO IMPROVEMENT, TRY

ANOTHER STRATEGY.

DONT FORGET YOUR CONSISTENCY.

GOODLUCK!
