Non-conforming goods were found mismatched

7 with the record. Randomly checked one bundle
and found physically 44pcs but the record
showed 45pcs, which is auto-fail issue.

Factory currently practices 90 days preventive

maintenance cycle. The factory needs to analyze
8 the age of the equipment and consider machine
downtime history to reset the preventive
maintenance cycle accordingly.
