Factory does not have de-humidifier set up in

1 the Fabric warehouses. Factory should install
enough de-humidifiers considering the size of
the warehouse as well as the storage capacity.

Fabrics are stored in the rack with torn poly bag .

Incoming goods should be appropriately stored
2 to avoid damage & deterioration and prevent
from dirt/ dust and moisture.

It was observed that trim inspectors are not

3 well-trained on their inspection process. During
the interview uncountable inspection methods
did not match with SOP.

It was observed that some fabric rolls are kept

4 with wall touch.

Fabric count-construction (Cores & and Walls) is

5 not checked for each incoming lot during fabric
inspection.

The factory does not maintain mill VS in-house

6 inspection correlation reports during fabric
inspection.

The calibration sticker missing in the light box at

7 the trims inspection area.
