Normal Verb To Be + Past Participle (+ by)

Present Simple wash / washes is/am/are washed (by)

Past Simple saw was/were seen (by)
opened was/were opened (by)
beat was/were beaten (by)
Future (will) will drive will be driven (by)
will fly will be flown (by)
will drink will be drunk (by)
Present Perfect has/have melted has/have been melted (by)
has/have surprised has/have been surprised (by)
has/have given has/have been given (by)

Remember
 If no 'by' - add 'They' or 'Someone'
 Object Pronouns change to Subject Pronouns and Vice Versa
