The caveator most humbly begs to submit as follows:-

1. The caveator is the plaintiff and the Respondents are
defendants in oS 19212021 ' on the files of Munsiff Court,
Ranny. The respondents herein are the expected
Appellants/Petitioners.
2. The I.A 112021 in the above Suit is filed for an interim
prohibitory injunction restraining the defendants therein from

 causing any obstruction to the peaceful use of path way of the
petitioners/plaintiffs and restraining the
respondents/defendants from altering or committing any act
destroying the pathway and IA 41 2022 in the above Suit is
filed for a mandatory injunction. The Hon'ble Court, Ranny
allowed the petitions and restrained from causing obstruction
: to the petitioners way and the respondents are directed to
remove the GI sheet fixed on the western side of the property
which is causing obstruction to the pathway..
3. In the above circumstances the Caveator has claim her right to
appear in any such matters before considering such petition
filed by the Respondents herein. Thus the Caveator is claiming
her right to appear in any such matters where the
Respondent/Excepted Applicant is seeking urgent orders.
Hence this Caveat Petition is filed.
4. A Petition fee of Rs. 50/- is paid herewith as per the Kerala
court Fees and Suit valuation Act 19s9. A copy of this caveat
has been sent to the Respondent/ Excepted Applitant by
registered post in the above address and the postal receipts
produced herewith.

5. Therefore, the caveator most"humbly submits that nothing be

done in any such civil Revision Petitions or any other
applications arising out of order dated 1510612023 inI.A No:
ll202l and I.A 412022 in os No. 192 of 2021 on the files of
Munisff court, Ranny filed by the Respondent/ Excepted
