SCHEDULE OF UNIT RATES
The prices and rates quoted in this Schedule of Unit Rates shall be used for
any variation to the Contract, whether additional or deduction to the quantities
to be installed.
The prices and rates shall be fixed for the duration of the Contract and shall
include for all fees, duties, taxes and other charges payable to the
Authorities for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning,
warranty for the stated Maintenance Period and all other requirements as per
the Specification, Drawings and Conditions of Contract.
