SECTION 10 BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TS-1001

(BMS Requirements)

1.00 The Contractor shall co-ordinate, supply, GENERAL

install and commission together with the BAS SCOPE OF
Contractor all the required operational and WORKS
monitoring functions of the Piped Services
Installation to the Building Automation
System.

The Piped Services Installation Contractor

shall provide all necessary interfacing
equipment, such as, voltage free auxilary
contacts, command relays, terminals, micro
or limit switches, temperature or pressure
or flow sensors, mode and duty selector switch
as monitoring contacts, etc., in accessible
locations for connection by the BMS Contractor
to the latter's requirements.

The Contractor is to co-operate and liaise very

closely with the BMS Contractor to provide them
with all their requirements and to attend and
assist in the commissioning of the whole system.

It is the responsibility of the Piped Services

Contractor to ensure that all relative contacts
and equipment mentioned are complete in all
respects for the BAS Contractor's connection and
suitability for connect functioning of the BMS
System.

The Contractor is deemed to have allowed cost

in his Tender for all the above requirements
and as specified hereinafter to enable the
BMS to function satisfactorily.

2.00 The following equipment shall be provided with OPERATIONAL

BMS operational and status monitoring functions & STATUS
