Agenda: RIVALMUN aims to empower Saudi Youth by educating and inspiring students
disillusioned with the current MUN scene, which has veered towards pop-up events. With your
venue and our meticulous planning, we're determined to revive the true essence of MUNs,
offering an experience that fosters growth and meaningful engagement.

Detail Setup Requirements: Allow us to kindly request the provision of WiFi connectivity for our
upcoming event. We require accommodation for seven rooms and an auditorium, as well as a
designated area for breaks, preferably a sophisticated cafeteria setting where our participants
and sponsors may locate their booths. In five of the seven rooms, we would appreciate the
inclusion of desks and chairs for our attendees' comfort. Additionally, we would be grateful for a
couple of hours prior to the conference to facilitate setup, including arranging room layouts and
ensuring all necessary items are in place to execute a seamless event. Thank you for your
attention to these details as we strive to create a memorable and productive experience for all
participants.
