your given Scope of work and services.

We are given you Latter of Intent regarding Third-party Inspection.

SCOPE OF WORK:
· Inspection to be carried out as per standard checklist of equipment’s.

· Inspection staff will collect evidence in form of photographs of equipment’s; your kind co-
operation is expected them to take photographs & collect evidence for the same.

· Rectification of noted points shall not be your responsibility.

· Any PPE’s required for inspection shall be arranged by Hamon.

· Inspection shall not be carried out in heavy wind pressure, heavy rain, thunderstorm &
during night. Particular of equipment’s or the parts during inspection shall not be your
responsibility.

· In case of any fabricated assembled item design approval are required before certification.

· Inspection staff shall carry inspection tools/gauges, etc. as required for inspection.
