MINUTES OF THE MEETING

April 24, 2024

Attendees: K to 6 teachers

The meeting started at 1:30pm with the following matters:

1. Implementation of Modular Distance Learning due to extreme heat
- April 24, 2023 (beginning of implementation)
Item Analysis /Identification of least mastered competencies
Basis of intervention in all subject areas
- Schedule
Monday -Friday (in-person classes AM, modular PM) for Gr.1-6
For Grades 1& 2, the scheduled Science Subjects in the morning
will be replaced by MTB subject
- Modules to be used
- Teachers may print activity sheets for intervention in Week 11
- if there are available modules, these can be utilized
(Teachers may provide answer sheets)
- If there is a possibility to print the lessons, teachers may work on activity
sheets instead of module while waiting for the MOOE
- Supplies will be given as soon as there is a budget available, for the
meantime teachers may use available resources.

2. MDL is implemented due to extreme heat and insufficient supply of water in the
school that may result to health risk.
3. Preventive Measure
- Pupils, teachers may bring water in tumbler and wet face towel
- They may also wear comfortable shirts/ dress
4. Other matters
- Parents of Sampaguita ES are encouraged to have bayanihan to install the
water hose that will directly supply needed water in the school. Bayanihan is
scheduled April 25, 2023.

Check the grades of low-risk pupils so that enhancement and other
measures may be done.
