LIFTING OPERATION (Described in Steps)
1. Mobilization of lifting equipment and pre-check of lifting equipment’s and accessories.
2. Tool-box Talk shall be conducted on Rigging and lifting.
3. Crane hook lock will be ensured before lifting.
4. Ensure proper arrangement of Lifting gear for Mild Steel Column.
5. Arranging of equipment’s to lift the Mild Steel Column.

6. Riggers will allow carrying out the rigging activities such as sling fixing, removing etc.
7. The lifting process will be continued as per lifting plan.
8. After completion of lifting operation, the crane will be Dis-engaged from site.

1. Whole operation is to be suspended in case of adverse weather like heavy rain, extreme wind.
Operation is to be stopped in any other unsafe condition or act as well.
2. Operation to be carried out preferably during the day.

A = 6 mtr.

B = 8 mtr

C = 0.2 mt

D = 11 mt
