and gultes) require more oxygen than the smaller upper extremity muscles (biceps, traps, delts). If you do an aerobic
warmup first the cool water might work for your clients. Otherwise consider skipping the UE postures (and some of
the Trunk Stability postures) and begin with the LE postures. Get the large muscles firing and then start to incorporate
