where the training required for users and responsible for testing the resolved issues.

L3 and L4 support.
 We were used HPSM7 tool as Support Tool and act on issue when the User logged all issues in
Support tool and assigned on relevant support group.
 Analyzing the issue & interacting with client/users for any clarifications & providing
permanent solutions.
 Interaction with the client for process clarification.
 Coordinate with clients and for solving the critical tickets within the stipulated time as per
SLA.
