1.4 Detecting WIN
Machine is monitoring following sensor, and encoder.

Encoder (in the motor) : Absolute position of the Wheel


Pin sensor : Position of the Wheel Pin
Pointer sensor : Position of the Pointer

When the wheel stops, machine detect the win position following steps.

1) Detect if the pin is in the correct position.


2) Detect if the pointer is straight.
3) Detect the absolute position of the wheel.

If there is no problem at each step, WIN will be decided.

The winning position is decided by software RNG just before the wheel starts turning.

Clean every 3 months.
Remove the accumulated dust inside the cabinet as much Make sure all wheel pin are not bent or loose.

5) Bolts for fixing wheel


Normal: 20mm
Need to replace: 10mm Make sure that six fixing bolt of the wheel is securely
tightened.
In order to tighten the bolts equally, they should be
tightened in a crisscross pattern, in different rounds of 2-
3turns for each phase. Please refer to the illustration
below.

6) Symbol Plate is not peeled off


Check if the plate protrudes from the surface of the wheels
due to loosening of the fixing screw, bending of the plate,
etc.

Clean the glass and projector screen on the glass.

3. Important setting <POINTER SENSOR setting procedure>

3.1 Sensor setting 1) Go to MAIN AUDIT > TEST > BIG WHEEL UNIT

1) There are some buttons when you open the sensor


cover by using driver.
2) Set the "SET/RUN SLIDE SWITCH" to "SET". 4) Select “MOVE FOR SETTING”
