MOTOR VEHICLE IMPORT LICENSE NOTICE

Thank you for choosing Ramsay's Professional Services Limited to assist you with
your Motor Vehicle Import License Application.

With regards to the processing of your license we will need a few documents and some
additional information. These are as follows:

1. A copy of your Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation

2. A copy of your Driver’s License
3. A passport sized picture signed by a Justice of the peace.
4. Proof of Interest in the commercial l space for the business.
5. A copy of the property title
6. A copy of the latest Property Tax Certificate
7. The NEPA certification regarding the disposal of hazardous waste material
8. Information for the individual or company that will be providing the Servicing or where
you outsource parts.
9. Fair Trade Letter
10. Trade License
11. Vehicle Warranty
12. Mechanic Contractual Agreement
13. Tax Compliance Certificate

*Please note that the registration cost for the Car Dealership License is $103,500 (inclusive
of GCT). This must be paid to complete the registration process. Our entire service cost
inclusive of the registration fee is $230,000, it may be less in the event where you are able to
provide some of these documents.

The process takes 1-3 months depending on how quickly all the requisite documents are
provided to the Trade Board.

REGARDING THE INSPECTION

Please note that the site visit approval will be made based on an assessment of the
following:

1. Commercial Address - 3600 sqft/334 sq.m

2. Office (180 sq ft) - 1 desk, 3 chairs, telephone, filing cabinet.
3. Fenced Display Area for Cars
4. Atleast three spaces for customer parking
5. Service Area- the company must provide a letter indicating that they are willing
to accept potential customers to whom you will sell cars.
6. Permanent Signage Erected with the Exact Business Name.
