Travel Plan

Day 1-2 (March 13-14): Arrival and Exploring Quito

- Spend the afternoon exploring the historic center of Quito, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Visit landmarks such as Plaza Grande, Basilica del Voto Nacional, and San Francisco Church.
- Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant offering traditional Ecuadorian cuisine.

Day 3 (March 15): Teleférico and City Views

- Take a trip on the Teleférico, Quito's cable car, for panoramic views of the city and surrounding
mountains.
- Explore the Pichincha Volcano and enjoy hiking trails

Day 4-5 (March 16-17): Mindo Cloud Forest

- Depart early for a day trip to Mindo Cloud Forest, known for its incredible biodiversity and outdoor
activities.
- Explore the cloud forest on guided nature walks, visit butterfly farms, and take a thrilling zip-lining
adventure.
- Enjoy a relaxing evening in Mindo, perhaps dining at one of the local restaurants.

Day 6-7 (March 18-19): Otavalo Market and Cuicocha Lake

- Travel to Otavalo to visit one of South America's largest indigenous markets. Explore the stalls
selling textiles, crafts, and local produce.
- After lunch, head to Cuicocha Lake for a scenic hike around the crater lake, offering stunning
views of the surrounding Andean landscape.
- Return to Quito in the evening and relax at accommodation.

Day 8-9 (March 20-21): Cotopaxi National Park

- Embark on a day trip to Cotopaxi National Park, home to the Cotopaxi volcano, one of Ecuador's
highest peaks.

- Spend your last full day in Quito relaxing and soaking in the local atmosphere.
- Explore La Mariscal neighborhood for souvenir shopping, picking up handicrafts and gifts to take
home.

Day 13 (March 25): Departure

- Check out of accommodation - Suites Experience by Hotel David and transfer to the airport for
departure from Quito.
