INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS

1. This deposit slip must be used to make your visa fee payment at any Allied Bank branch before the expiration date, as noted above.
2. Print one copy of this deposit slip and submit it along with your visa fee payment.
3. Once you have paid your visa fee, please return to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/pk. You will need to enter the NIC number , as displayed on your Slip
4. If you have any issues, please visit http://www.ustraveldocs.com/pk and click CONTACT US to submit any inquiry.
5. Your visa fee payment is non-refundable and must be paid in PKR.
6. Your visa fee payment receipt in non-transferable and therefore cannot be used by anyone else.
7. Once paid, the applicant must make an appointment. The payment shall be valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
8. Please note that this receipt will be valid only when above fields "CGI Reference number, Expiration date, Number of Applicants & AMOUNT in PKR"
are computer generated. In case these fields are hand written or empty, this receipt & payment will not be acceptable.
9. Message to Non-Resident Third Country National applicants: As of February 17, 2021, U.S. Consulate General Karachi will no longer accept
visa applications from Third Country Nationals who do not live in Pakistan. After this date, only Pakistani nationals, dual nationals who
maintain Pakistani citizenship, and Third Country Nationals who have valid residency permits for Pakistan are permitted to apply at U.S.
Consulate General Karachi. This change effects the U.S. Consulate General Karachi only and does not apply to applicants seeking visa
appointments at U.S. Embassy Islamabad. If you pay the application fee after February 17, 2021, you will not be able to schedule a visa
appointment at the U.S. Consulate General Karachi, and we are unable to authorize a refund of the MRV fee.
