INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT POLICY (QUALITY, SAFETY AND HEALTH AT


WORK, ENVIRONMENT AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY)

ONGC Videsh Limited – Colombian Branch, a company dedicated to the exploration, exploitation and
commercialization of hydrocarbons, which contributes with its operations to sustainable development in those
places where we are present, is committed to building and implementing a Comprehensive Management System
that promotes a culture of Safety and Health at Work, Quality, care for the Environment and Management of risks
and opportunities, involving collaborators, partners, clients, suppliers, contractors and other interested parties, in
the development of Exploration, Drilling and Hydrocarbon production, in which the company is operator and/or
partner.

Based on the foregoing, ONGC Videsh Limited – Colombian Branch, undertakes to:

1. Give value and satisfy the needs and expectations of the parties of interest, complying with legal and
regulatory requirements, managing programs to mitigate the current risks of the business, maintaining and
continuously improving the performance of the processes.

2. Promote continuous improvement as a premise in all activities carried out directly and contracted, reliability in
its processes and the satisfaction of its stakeholders, as well as the financial sustainability of the business, with
suitable human talent and innovative technological equipment, obtaining growth in the national and
international market and the protection of the environment, the safety and health of all workers.

3. Identify and eliminate hazards, evaluate, assess and reduce occupational health and safety risks, as well as
environmental risks and impacts that may affect the company's operations, making use of controls and
measures that prevent damage to the social environment, protect natural resources, equipment, facilities and
public infrastructure and respond effectively to emergencies.

4. Promote healthy working conditions that prevent incidents, accidents at work and occupational diseases,
carrying out a continuous analysis and improvement of the work system for risk management, developing and
maintaining appropriate practices and procedures for Safety and Health at Work, Environment Obligations,
Quality and Social Responsibility, that comply with legal requirements, other requirements and with national
and international industry standards.

5. Lead the integrality in the business plans, the execution of the projects, the operational practices and the
development programs of the collaborators, the considerations in Quality, Health and Safety at Work,
Environment and Social Responsibility for andhesuccess of operations and business sustainability.

6. Carry out actions for the conservation, care and protection of the environment in compliance with applicable
environmental legislation, in addition to those voluntarily assumed with the different interested parties such
as the responsible and sustainable use of natural resources, under the mitigation and adaptation to the
challenges of climate change and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.

7. Generate socio-labour inclusion processes within the framework of social responsibility by being inclusive of
people with disabilities, religion, race or gender, favoring their skills, qualities and abilities.

8. Define and maintain channels of communication, consultation and participation of collaborators and/or their
representatives with respect to the management system, clients, suppliers, authorities and relations with the
community.

9. Supply the human, technical, physical and economic resources necessary for the management of occupational
risks and those associated with processes, as well as the control of significant environmental impacts.
