ROAD SAFETY POLICY

transportation activities in all operations, in accordance with National Legislation valid,
guaranteeing a displacement sure, preventing environmental incidents, work accidents (traffic)
that involve a direct, temporary employees, contractors, subcontractors, third parties,
environment and/or equipment Y property.

For ONGC videsh Ltd., Branch office Colombian, it is essential to promote and maintain
prevention practices in road hazards and in order to comply with this policy, it establishes:
• Commitment to implement the Road Safety Strategic Plan and assigning the necessary
resources in order to maintain a process of continuous improvement to minimize the risks of
occurrence of traffic accidents.
• Commitment to improve the conditions that imply a culture of self-care in the prevention of
road accidents and incidents that may affect the physical, mental and social integrity of
officials and contractors who must perform any role on the road in accordance with the
National Traffic Code .
• Comply with the regulations established in the National Land Traffic Code Law 769 of 2002
and all those regulations that are adhered to for the prevention of road safety.
• Establish socialization, training and retraining strategies that allow the generation of safe
attitudes and behaviors for the different road actors.
• Monitor our own responsibilities and those of our contractors in terms of preventive and
corrective maintenance, ensuring optimal operating conditions for vehicles.
• Establish awareness strategies for pedestrians, passengers and drivers towards respect for
traffic rules and signs.
• Associate with qualified Business contractors and personnel for the activities of
transportation of personal and cargo in our operations.

It is obligation of the direct and temporary employees, contractor companies, to comply with
all applicable road safety regulations and participate in the activities that are scheduled and
developed in the company, in order to reduce the probability of occurance of road accidents
that may affect the physical, mental and social integrity of employees, contractors, the
community in general, private property, equipment and the environment.
