The NSTP-CWTS, as a mandatory subject in the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), aims to
primarily promote the role of the youth in nation-building and contribute to the betterment of
life of the members of the community. John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University-Molo,

development.
