b) How to make the certificate of still working employees and take the
xerox of it and get it sign by the HOD.

14/05/24- Day-4- a) Called the new joiners for joining along with their documents.
b) called the new joined employees for giving their biometrics.

15/05/24- Day-5- a) How to make the MIS of the new joined employees.

16/05/24- DAY-6 - Work load was quite less only updated the CVs, scanned the documents of
the employees as instructed by the sir.

17/05/24- DAY-7- a) Helped the new recruiters in their assessment test.

b) Called for the recruitment for the vacancy post of pharmacist.
c) learned how to use the xerox machine to scan the documents and xerox
the documents.

18/05/24 Day-8- a)Done the short profiling of the pharmacist recruiters and send them to
the cabin of the interviewer.
b) Bought the file of the employers form the HR archive room.

20/05/2024- Day-9- Called the doctors for submitting their required documents like -
Indeminity, Privilege and registration for NABH internal audit.
21/5/24- Day – 9 – Called the doctors for submitting their required documents. Same work
has been repeated as the day before.
22/5/24- Day 10 – Same work has been done as yesterday
23/05/2024: Requesting the doctor’s for submission of their pending documents for auditing
purpose.
