Outrigger Driver’s Cab

driver’s seat incl. head rest, 3 point belts; kinds of
dashboard for easy operation; vertically adjustable
steering wheel; front gear is interlayer glass, wide

independent hot water heater, roller blinds and radio.

Transmission system Suspension

Fast 8-speed gearbox. Front: Steel spring adds double-acting drum damper;
Rear: Steel spring adds balanced beam structure.

Tyre Brake
10 wheels, PR11.00-20-8PR/10 tyres. Including service brake( foot-pedal control,
dual-circuit air brake), aux. brake(engine brake),
emergency brake and parking brake( handle).

Steering Hydraulic system

6X4, mechanical steering limited single-circuit Fixed displacement gear pump controls horizontal
hydraulic servo. and vertical outriggers extending and retracting.

Equipped with huge round arc integrated front window,
huge colorful display, clear and accurate, main control
instrumentation and working display system flexibly
combined for easy operation. Comprehensive safety
system and trouble-shooting and alarming system.
Boom
Base boom and 4 sections telescopic boom,
hexagonal cross sections.
Counterweight
4.5t, mounted on the turntable through
connecting bolts.
Hydraulic system
Main oil pump is trilink gear pump, main valve drives
by control-pressure of pilot handle; first pump for all
the movement excluding slewing, second pump for
slewing of outriggers of chassis and of superstructure,
third pump supplies oil for pilot and control-pressure
as control pump.
Main winch
High-pressure automatic variable displacement
hydraulic motor drive block through planetary reducer;
spring-loading constant-close brake set in lifting and
rising reducer.

Aux. winch
High-pressure automatic variable displacement
hydraulic motor drives block through planetary
reducer; spring-loading constant-close brake set in
lifting and rising reducer.
Luff
Deadweight-dependent balanced valve control
elevation.
Slew unit
Rotary motor drives rotary reduction gear, turntable
slews with center point. Rotary cushion valve and one-
way throttle with accumulator guarantee stable and
safe of starting and stopping of slewing. Max. slewing
speed≥2.5r/min.
Safety devices
Wide colorful touch screen displays moment
proportion, hook load, rated load, boom length, angle,
slewing radius and so on; alarm signed, easy for
trouble-shooting, load chart and working parameter
set in system as black box.
