XIE In the Muisca language means "WHO", the combination of this word means "Who
flies in the sky!". XIELO is our path. It is the route that frees us and guides us towards
new challenges and experiences, until you spread your wings, you will have no idea
how far you can fly.
I. LOCATION

 We are NOT located at the Santiago Vila airport.
We invite you to have one of the best life experiences at 10,000 feet with the best instructors
in the country, and with an all-risk insurance (This becomes effective on the day of the jump).
During your experience, your instructor will record several clips of your flight, we will give
you one (01) of the clips as a gift and it will be chosen by us in order to give you the best
images of your experience), as well as four (04) random photos of that clip with our logos,
(it will be delivered through a download link via e-mail the Friday following the completion of
the jump). (This gift applies conditions and restrictions – it is mandatory to read all the
attached documents, as well as the information contained in this document and in the e-
mails that will be sent).
II. PRICING

3. Capsules $95,000 (This service is subject to availability; the value is per

III. MINIMUM AGE TO JUMP
The minimum age required to jump is twelve (12) years old, complying with the
requirements enforced by law.
✔ Bring the permission of your parents duly authenticated, where the jump
is authorized and authorizes a third person who is of legal age to be
responsible for you during that day (Only in case both of you do not
attend the day of your jump)
✔ If only one of your parents attends, or neither attends that day, you
must bring the permission document signed and authenticated by each of
the parents who do not attend, as well as a copy of their identity document
✔ Photocopy of your identity card (Required)
✔ Photocopy of your birth certificate (Required)
✔ Photocopy of your parents' identity card (Required)

V. TO MAKE A RESERVATION
1. You must call the following numbers: 3168627718 - 3217937889 or write via
WhatsApp to 3102851055. Talk to the person in charge and let them know your
desired jump date. They will give you the available dates, and once you have
chosen one, you can purchase your jump.
2. You must pay for the entire jump and/or jumps to be made, followed by sending
proof of payment to the email reservas@xielo.co ; as well as fill out the online
reservation form https://forms.gle/LxDekn2RfXZ5pRJW7. In this way, we will
proceed to assign your space (date and time) and give you all the necessary
information. We recommend you book early and at least 15 days in advance.
3. If you are going to pay with foreign currency, you should take into account that
the exchange rate we use is that of the currency exchange houses, since the
market rate (TRM) is used for imports, exports, and international business.
4. You must read the terms and conditions in their entirety before making the
purchase of our service (In this consultation link you will find all the documents,
formats, regulations, surveys, and files related to the flight in the Tandem
modality)

5. If your reservation is for two or more students, XIELO will maintain

communication only with the person who made the reservation, in this case being
the group leader, in order to avoid inconveniences in communication.
6. You will receive an e-mail before your jump (on Wednesday or Thursday);
confirming the time and date which you and the manager have agreed upon. If
you are a group leader, it is your responsibility to send all the information to the
other members of the group.
7. All purchases are valid for use for three months from the date of purchase. (All
terms and conditions apply)
8. To make changes to the date or to cancel, you must write to reservas@xielo.co

9. If you have a special health condition, you should consult with your doctor to
know whether or not you can practice this sport.
10. Weight: It is worth knowing that the cost of the tandem modality only covers up
to a weight of 89,9 kg, (Maximum weight for safety is 125 kg). After 89,9 kg, you
will have to pay an additional value:
 From 89,9 kg to 109,9 kg $100,000 COP
 From 110,0 kg to 114,9 kg $130,000 COP
 From 115,0 kg to 119,9 kg $160,000 COP
 From 120,0 kg to 125,0 kg $200,000 COP
11. If you attend as a couple or in a group, due to logistics, organization, and quotas,
it is not guaranteed that everyone will jump at the same time or go on the same
flight.
12. Do not consume alcohol, medications, or any type or prohibited substances on

the day of the jump. A hangover and staying up all night can make you have a
hard time during the day, we recommend that you rest, and after your jump, we
will celebrate together...
13. If you have a special health condition, you must consult with your doctor and
present the endorsement or certificate to carry out said activity; under this
heading, the jump will be done entirely under your responsibility.
VI. BOGOTA SCHEDULE AND JUMPING AREA
✔ Our customer service hours at the Bogota office are Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00
am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am to 12 noon
✔ For over the phone service the numbers are: 316 862 7718 - 321 793 7889, or
via WhatsApp at 3102851055. The hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 am
to 6:00 pm.
✔ Our jump operation on all weekends and holidays is from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm.
 Reservation date changes do not represent an extension in the validity of three

months to be used.
 All changes must be requested and sent before Tuesday at 5 pm to

reservas@xielo.co. These will cost $100,000 COP for each modification of each
reserved space.
 The changes that are sent between Tuesday at 5 pm of the week in which the
jump is scheduled and one day before the jump, will cost $375,000 COP for each
modification of each reserved space.
 To make changes to the jump date, you must send an email requesting the
postponement, paying the value corresponding to the previously mentioned
change fee. It will only be applied to current reservations.
 Remember that our school functions exactly like an airline, we sell seats on the
plane, and we count on your attendance.
 Failure to attend the jump will cost $375,000 for each space that is in the
reservation.
✔ If you are in the drop zone and you register and decide not to jump, the jump will
be charged in full. The fines apply only to those who do not attend their
appointment or who do not make the changes within the established deadlines.
✔ As much as possible, we will try to comply with the scheduled jump time, but you
must bear in mind that we depend on many factors to strictly comply with the
established schedules, ones that we will explain later. There exists the possibility
of rescheduling your jump, and you must have the whole day available for the
activity.
VII. PAYMENT METHODS
To make your payment we have the following options:
✔ By deposit or transfer BANCOLOMBIA Checking Account, 299-000103-11

(Important: We do not use third-party accounts to make deposits, see our
payment methods)
✔ With debit or credit card entering the website www.xielo.co (If you book by this
means, you must confirm the schedule first by calling the XIELO numbers,
since we have several ways to reserve and it may be that the page allows you
to reserve a specific time that may already be reserved for another student).

Send proof of payment to our e-mail reservas@xielo.co you must indicate the full names,
ID numbers, dates of birth, weight, telephone numbers, jump date, and the suggested
arrival time of each of the students reserving.
Note: In the drop zone, payments for services or additional purchases will only be
received by debit or credit card. All jumps must be paid in full at the time of booking.
VIII. VALIDITY, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
VALIDITY:
✔ All reservations will be valid for three (03) months from the date of
purchase.
✔ All jumps must be paid for in their entirety to assign a date.
✔ No cash payments will be received on the day of the jump for purchases of
additional services, only by debit or credit card.
✔ The jump must be made within this period. The three (03) months of validity
are not for scheduling but for using the service.
✔ If there is no communication regarding the scheduling of the jump and this period
expires, it will not be extended and will be taken as a waiver of our service,
terminating the offer.
✔ In case of expiration, no refund will be made
✔ All offers apply the general terms and conditions
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY:
● All scheduled purchases can be modified in terms of the date or holder of the
purchase, as long as the changes are made from the same email from which the
purchase was registered. The maximum deadline to make changes will be the
Tuesday of the week in which the reservation was scheduled.
● Exchange Policy: Reservation date changes do not represent an extension in the

validity of three months to be used.
● All changes must be requested and sent before Tuesday at 5:00 pm to

reservas@xielo.co. These will cost $100,000 COP for each modification of each
reserved space.
● The changes that are sent between Tuesday at 5:00 pm of the week in which the
jump is scheduled and one day before the jump, will cost $375,000 COP for each
modification of each reserved space.

● Withdrawal and refund policy: Right of Withdrawal. (Up to 05 days after

purchase). If you pay for a tandem service, the right of withdrawal applies with
the following conditions.
✔ It must be taken into account that the right of withdrawal, according to the
Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011, article 47), is a right that consumers
have to withdraw from the business entered into within five (05) days after
the completion of the purchase of goods or services.
✔ In this case, within five (05) days following the purchase of the
tandem service you can ask for your money back.
✔ Keep in mind that no justification is required to withdraw, XIELO will return the
money in the days it has established.
✔ To make the withdrawal request you must send an email to
vuela@xielo.co together with the bank certification of the owner of the
purchase, from the same email that registered the purchase.
✔ If the purchase was made by PSE, with a debit or credit card, the direct reversal
of the transaction will be requested. This procedure is carried out between
banks, and the response times will depend on the banking entities according to
each case.
✔ If you booked after the Tuesday prior to your jump, your reservation will be
fixed in our flight record, if you decide not to attend, you will be fined
$375,000 COP, and in this case the remaining value will be refunded.
● Possibility of rescheduling the jump.
✔ If the five (05) days in which you can withdraw from the purchase have passed,
you can reschedule the jump as long as you contact the school and receive
the rescheduling approval, taking into account the three months of validity
from the date of purchase
✔ You can only reschedule and use the service within the three-month
established period
● Absence of the student on the day of the jump or notice of absence with less
than (06) days.
✔ In terms of air tickets, there is the possibility of withdrawing from air transport
up to 24 hours before the flight, as long as we are not facing services or rates
that the airline expressly indicates in which there is no possibility of date
modification. At the XIELO Skydiving school we inform you that: if you do not
attend the place and time indicated for the jump, or do not reschedule the
date the Tuesday before your jump, no refund will be made since the
company has already made the necessary investments for the provision of
the service, such as provision of an airplane, reservation of quotas, an
instructor, and all the logistics to provide the service.
✔ Lastly, in situations beyond the control of the consumer and/or XIELO such as:
weather, aircraft repair, air restrictions or delays in the air operation, or any
other situation that implies a flight cancellation, XIELO will reschedule your
jump in the first available date once the situation that led to the cancellation
has been overcome.
● Refunds: within five (05) days from the purchase date. The only possibility of
refunding the money after the purchase is when the service could not be provided
due to a situation totally unrelated to the student, and he/she is not interested
in rescheduling.
● In case of having a reservation and not attending, the fine of $375,000 COP will
be charged, the remaining value will be returned if it is within five (05) days
following the date of the unperformed jump. If you are not within this term, the
remaining value can only be exchanged for services from our school.
● If you are in the drop zone and the jump is for a minor who does not meet the
documentary requirements, they will not be able to go on the flight, in which case
the student's name can be changed. If the change is not made, no monetary
refunds will be made.
● If you are in the drop zone, and you register but decide not to go on the flight, no
refunds will be made.
● If you fail to comply with the established time of arrival at the drop zone and the
plane leaves with empty seats, a fine of $375,000 will be applied. In this case, if
you want to fly that day and there is the possibility of opening an additional space
in our operation, you must pay the fine at the drop zone to be able to reclaim a
place on the flight. In the event that there is no possibility of relocating on another
flight, you must schedule your jump for another day, paying the value of the fine.
● All returns will be made only when they comply with the withdrawal period
established in the current law and through bank transfer, for which it is mandatory
to send the bank certification to our email vuela@xielo.co
● No returns will be made in the drop zone, all returns will be made within the
period established in the current law.
IX. PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
RE-LIVE AND SHARE THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE!
We know that your experience in our XIELO is something you want to repeat, relive and
share; all of our tandem jumps include one (1) video clip in full HD and 4 random images
as a gift, so that this leap into life is not only part of your memory.
Our XIELO tandem instructors and videographers are equipped with the latest GoPro
cameras (11 and 12), and have a great attitude and experience, so you will get the best
quality video and photo material.
You will receive as a gift with your tandem jump:
1. One (1) video clip in Full HD (1920 X 1080) without added music and with the
original audio; with this clip you can re-live the best moment of your adventure,
and it's perfect if you want to edit it to your liking or make a group production
with all your friends' clips.
2. Four (4) random digital images obtained from your XIELO tandem Instructor’s
GoPro in high resolution.
This gift material will be delivered by means of a download link via e-mail, within a
maximum period of ten days from the acquisition of the service.
(If you want more photos, you can let personnel at the jump zone know and purchase
the additional photo pack).

Would you like to have another perspective of your jump? A wider shot? If you hire the
external camera service, a professional skydiver and cameraman will fly in front of you
and get the best images and videos you can have. This additional service has a cost of
$370,000 COP
With this external camera you will be given:
1. One (1) video clip in Full HD (1920 X 1080) of the free fall from the perspective
of your external cameraman, and a video compilation from the camera carried by
your Tandem instructor. This video is entertaining, dynamic, rhythmic, and
perfect to share on any of your social media: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc...
2. One (1) digital pack that includes 30 to 40 random images taken from the clips
recorded by your instructor with the GoPro camera, so you will have many to
choose from among the ones you consider your best photos.
This external camera material will be delivered by means of a download link via e-
mail, within a maximum period of ten days from the acquisition of the service.

Would you like to have a different perspective of your jump without an external
cameraman?
A more exciting angle? You can hire the 360° camera service; your instructor will bring
a camera with a special lens that will give you the best images and videos of your
experience. This additional service has a cost of $260,000 COP
With your 360° camera you will be given:
1. Two (02) video clips, one of the boarding of the plane, and the other of the free
fall of your jump in 360 edited format. In order to view this video, it must be
uploaded to the Facebook or YOUTUBE platforms, it contains the best scenes of
your 360° camera. This video is entertaining, dynamic, rhythmic, and perfect for
you to share on any of your above-mentioned social media.
2. One (1) digital pack that includes 20 to 30 random images taken from the clips
recorded by the instructor with the 360 camera, so you will have many to choose
from among the ones you consider your best photos.
This 360° camera material will be delivered by means of a download link via e-mail the
Friday following the jump.
DO YOU WANT EVEN MUCH MORE?
Photo-Packs:
Sometimes 4 photos are not enough!!!! We offer you an additional photography and
video service which includes:
1. One (1) digital pack that includes 30 to 40 random images extracted from the
clips recorded by the instructor with the GoPro camera, an excellent souvenir and
a fun possibility for you to choose your best poses, faces and angles.
2. One (1) edited video in Full HD (1920 X 1080) of your complete experience with
the best scenes from the instructor's camera. This video is entertaining, dynamic,
rhythmic, and perfect for sharing on any of your social media: Instagram,
Facebook, Twitter, etc...
This additional service has a cost of $70,000 COP.
This Photopack material will be delivered by means of a download link via e-mail,
within a maximum period of ten days from the acquisition of the service.
Note: All the videos and photos delivered will have the XIELO brand and information.
Raw video or photograph material obtained by the instructors and/or cameramen by any
recording means used for the execution of the activity is not delivered. This material will
be available for download only for 30 days, and to be reedited within 60 days, after
which it will be permanently deleted from our backup.
Terms and Conditions:
We know that the terms and conditions are very strict, but it is important to know them
and take them into account since an unforeseen event can occur and we want you to
know and be aware of it:
Video and photo cameras, digital and electronic devices, are likely to fail, in such an
event you agree to refrain from any claim against XIELO - society and sports club - its
instructors, Editor, and all those present in the waiver signed before jumping. Through
this document, you accept that you have read the delivery parameters, therefore, it will
be your entire responsibility to download them within the stipulated and previously
informed time.
Taking into account that our instructors are going to record throughout the experience,
the best clip that the instructor has in the memory of his camera will be delivered. If for
some reason we do not have any clips because the micro-SD or the battery failed, the
camera got lost, or any other occurrences that are inherent to electronic media, we offer
a discount voucher on a jump for $50,000 thousand COP for those who inform us. This
service will be given only once and applies only in case of total loss of the video. (This
discount is valid for 2 months from the moment the bonus is accepted).
You must inform us immediately if you wish to take that option. If you do not notify us
the same day, it will be understood that you do not want the discount.
In the event of any inconvenience with the video from the external or 360° camera, the
entire value of this service will be refunded, and in this case, we will only deliver the gift
material.
It is worth remembering that we are a skydiving school, and the safety of the jump is
paramount, the audiovisual material is a gift, and for this reason jumps will NOT be
repeated due to lack of audiovisual material, and NO monetary refund will be made,
given that the jump has already been fully performed.
Similarly, you accept and state that the photographs and clips or any other type of
audiovisual material obtained in the development of the agreed skydiving activities are
the property of the company and sports club that provides the service, which is why
these may be used by part of the company providing the service for advertising,
commercial, business, educational, or any other purposes determined by it, without any
consideration. Likewise, you accept that the delivery is an edited video production but
not the original material.
AUDIOVISUAL MATERIAL DELIVERY TIME
The gift material and the additional photography and video services (external
camera, 360° camera, Photopack) will be delivered by means of a download link via
e-mail, within a maximum period of ten days from the acquisition of the service.
Note: All the videos and photos delivered will have the XIELO brand and information.
Raw video or photograph material obtained by the instructors and/or cameramen by any
recording means used for the execution of the activity is not delivered. This material will
be available for download only for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted
from our backup. If the material is not downloaded within the 30 days in which it will be
available in the storage cloud, the money will not be refunded since the service was
provided and edited. It is the responsibility of each student to download the audiovisual
material within 30 days after their jump, XIELO will not be responsible for material not
downloaded within this period.
X. COHABITATION RULES IN THE JUMPING AREA
You will always be welcome with your family and friends, for this reason we want to
make your stay pleasant, and we also request certain rules of behavior:
1. XIELO opens its doors for all our students, keep in mind:
✔ Our facilities will be available only during the jump operation

✔ Entry to the container and other private areas is prohibited.
✔ The pool will be open from 9 am to 5 pm during the days of jump operation
✔ A maximum of 3 companions can attend at no additional cost for each
student who is going to carry out this activity, after 3 companions an
additional value of 50,000 COP per person must be paid
✔ We have an inflatable yellow arrow at the jumping area, it is only
for school use, it is prohibited to jump on it, smoke nearby, disconnect it,
or any other action that causes the arrow to be damaged or disabled.
✔ Smoking is prohibited inside the facilities since we have equipment that can
be seriously damaged due to lit cigarette butts and ash. Additionally, we
are in a rural area where it is possible to create forest fires for these same
reasons.
✔ The restaurant is only open on weekends from 7 am to 5 pm.
Within the hours of jump operation.
✔ The use of cameras of any kind or any object that is not strictly necessary
is not permitted, only the use of cameras or any other
object is allowed for use by experienced skydivers, given that these may
compromise the safety of the jump.
✔ Within the zone, you can make use of our social area facilities in general,
we ask that you to keep our jumping area and all the facilities in perfect
order and condition.
✔ Always keep your things stored, it is not allowed to spread clothes, towels,
bathrobes, backpacks, or any other personal objects in
any area.
✔ XIELO takes care of the music
✔ You must park only where you are told that you can leave your
vehicle, please do not drive your vehicle into any of the container or
restaurant areas, or any area other than the parking lot.
✔ No adult, child or pet can enter the containers, packing area, or circulate
through the landing area.
✔ If you go with children, please be aware of them.
✔ All children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult
within the facilities, and especially close to the planes, the runway, and
the areas where we have our equipment since these are susceptible to
manipulation and can cause accidents.
✔ You will notice a white strip marked on the floor at the landing area, you
should always stay on the other side from it to avoid accidents.
✔ XIELO is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings,
given that it is your responsibility to take care of and keep your belongings
organized.
✔ All damages caused in our drop zone to students and visitors will be
assumed by them responsibly, and they agree to pay with money or replace
damaged objects for equal ones.
✔ All the people who work with us are very friendly, and for this reason we
ask you to treat them with absolute respect, in order to always have a
good atmosphere in our area.
✔ We reserve the right of admission
2. For XIELO the presence of pets is important, we know that they are part of the
family, for this reason we ask that you:
✔ Always keep your pet hydrated and well fed

✔ In no way can pets be left inside vehicles.
✔ Always carry bags to clean your pet's droppings
✔ We have garbage cans located in all areas, please
throw all waste into the bins, leave the facilities clean and tidy.
✔ If you attend with pets, please be aware of them.
✔ All pets must always be accompanied by their owner
and leashed within the facilities, especially when close to the planes, the
runway, and the areas where we have our equipment, since these are
susceptible to manipulation and can cause accidents.
✔ We are under strict compliance with the police code

4. We have a beautiful pool in XIELO Zona 25, it is state-of-the-art, it has a

unique view:
✔ Its use is subject to the availability of the day depending on maintenance,

activities with our students, and special requests from local authorities
✔ The cost of the pool per person is $25,000 COP, it must be paid in the
registration area in order to enter
✔ The hours of use are from 9 am to 5 pm only during the days that we
perform skydiving activities
✔ You must carry out the hand washing and disinfection protocol prior to
and after recreational practice.
✔ Keep in mind that the necessary elements for the development of the
activity are for personal use.
✔ It is important that you bring personal toiletries such as soap and
shampoo, since it is necessary to shower before entering the pool.
✔ Wear a bathing suit and cap
✔ You cannot enter with any type of garment that is not part of the
swimwear (t-shirts, bathrobes, underwear, shoes, slippers, towels,
or toiletries).
✔ Cell phones, jewelry, and other elements that may create a risk of
incidents in the pool are not allowed.
✔ Any physiological action such as (spitting, blowing, urinating, etc.) or
contaminating the pool in any way is prohibited.
✔ Avoid crowding
✔ All minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult
✔ Pets are not allowed in the pool area
✔ Avoid running near the edges of the pool
✔ Do not push anyone or play dangerous games
✔ Always check if anyone is nearby in the pool before diving in
✔ Remember to use sunblock
✔ It is forbidden to eat, or drink any type of drink inside the pool
✔ Smoking is prohibited inside or near the pool
✔ Help us keep our area clean, please collect your trash
✔ Follow the instructions of the XIELO staff
✔ If you have flu symptoms you cannot enter the pool

XII. CANCELLATIONS AND VARIABLES
Important note: Please keep in mind the following variables that can cancel the jump
operation before or during the date you booked, if this occurs, the jumps will be
rescheduled for a new date: (XIELO is not responsible for any payment of travel
expenses for tolls, fuel, tickets, or miscellaneous expenses, since these are situations
that do not depend on us):
● Air restriction, by presidency and/or military operations

● Not covering the minimum number of students to carry out the jump
operation.
● Aircraft technical failures
● Pilots and instructors (Illness, accident, domestic calamity, or any other
that is not contemplated here)
● Lack of fuel for aircraft at the airport where we operate or alternate.
● Restriction in permits, authorizations from the Civil Aeronautics, control
tower, or any other.
● Airport Administration restrictions
● Public order situations
● Restrictions of the Public Force, state entities, ambulance service, or any
other state entity or its representatives at the national level that have
access to the Santiago Vila airport and alternate airports or airspace.
● Elections
● Inspections
● Weather: rain, clouds (visibility), strong winds, approaching storms.
● Or any other factor that is not contemplated in this document that may
affect the jump operation.
