perception of an individual. This is calculated based on
independent reviews by other people and thus gives a fair
indication of the character strengths of the individual as
perceived by his community.

the founder of Positive Psychology, an individual can find
happiness and fulfillment in life if he plays on his character
strengths.

Teamwork, Friendliness, Helpfulness, Honesty, Reliability,

Truthfulness & Kindness are the seven-character strengths
that form a part of the goodness score. Feedback received

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES DURING
THE INTERNSHIP

In this report, I have discussed the way I completed this

internship in Goodspace as a Marketing intern.
About Goodspace Internship.
1. This was a 2-month long internship in which I suppose to
submit 30 registrations by making 30 people join the
Goodspace community by downloading Goodspace
application on their phones and registering they’re with their
phone number and email id, where 1 registration was equal
to 1 phone number.
2. In this internship, the main problem was trust issues and
risk or fraud. So convincing people that too online was a
challenging task, especially when you can’t talk with the
person face to face.
3. I used different social media outlets to contact customers
such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. These social
media platforms are a great source of Marketing.
4. In this internship, my learnings were communication,
technique of convincing, marketing.

LEARNINGS FROM THE INTERNSHIP:

Communication
A successful firm must have consistent, clear, and clear
communication. It makes it possible for customers to
comprehend how goods and services operate. Everything
from executive-level decisions to billing, inventory control,
and customer service are aided by it. Digital marketing calls
for clear and consistent communication from the initial point
of contact all the way through client retention initiatives
because it is frequently performed in part or even totally
without human touch.

Build Authority
Similarly, as trigger words are utilized right away, so would
it be a good idea for anything that forms authority, like any
type of acknowledgment: grants, specifies in articles and
content distributed at outsider assets, for example, an
article composed by your organization's Chief or an
infographic utilized in a story. Brand authority normally
convinces clients, giving a solid inclination to your item or
administrations; once more, you're taking care of human
feelings. Make a point to feature any acknowledgment that
forms authority across all channels of your internet-based
presence: site, online entertainment, pamphlets and
promotions. At LSEO, we lay out brand authority by posting
grants and acknowledgment, articles distributed on
prominent outsider distributions, and my book on site
improvement.

Offer Social Proof

Similarly, however significant as building brand authority
may be offering social verification. Rather than telling an
expected client/client what to do, show them what others
did in that. The least demanding course towards social
evidence is highlighting contextual analyses and online
surveys. Assuming you're an office, track down your best
clients and foster contextual investigations about their
prosperity and how you assisted them with making that
progress. For those selling genuine items, feature client
audits. Social confirmation is normally enticing.

Concluding Thoughts
Influence is a definitive course to a faithful client base.
However, you can't be strong; rather, you should connect
with feelings and make client 28 faithfulness to your item or
administration as well as your image. A powerful
computerized promoting effort that consolidates these
strategies makes certain to gather significantly more
consideration over a fundamental, right in front of you
crusade.
SKILLS I LEARNED AND THE
EXPERIENCE I HAVE

It was a 2 Month long Internship in a company named

Goodspace inc. In this Internship I was supposed to collect
30 registrations from different person to add them to our
Goodspace community.
To join the Goodspace community they’ll have to download
Goodspace application which is available on both android and
IOS, then my task was to convince them to download the
application and the guide them through the registration
process, like how to enter the number and get the OTP, if
they are facing any issues regarding the OTP generation
then help them to do that task properly or allot a technical
support team to them, then help them in the next process in
which they were supposed to give their personal details such
as their full name, their email id, their Date of birth and then
enter my referral code so that their registration count on
my account.
Then they can choose why they are using Goodspace for,
such that Goodspace can be used to find work, it can be used
to hire employee, it can be used to connect with people and
make friends based on their interest.

During the Internship our main challenges were

communication gap, trust issues, Procrastinators.

Communication Gap
During the time when I was searching for the potential
customer online, I met few customers who were either rude,
or they thought it was a spam message as there are many
spam messages circulated by bots online, so keeping this in
mind that people doesn’t get misguided, or lose interest I
used my persuasive skills to make them listen to the plan
first.

Trust Issues
In current time, trusting your friend can also give you
second thought so how will you trust people whom you have
never met in real life but just have some online chat on a
social media platform such as Instagram, Facebook,
Messenger or LinkedIn. So convincing people was a difficult
task in this internship but it was a thing to learn.

Procrastinators
When you have a target to complete, procrastinators are the
most irritating persons in world, they will delay your work
and extend it to the very last minute.
But the learnings were better than the challenges, such as
learning about communication techniques, learning about
the persuasive skills, learning about the customer behavior
and many more.
CONCLUSION

In a nutshell, this internship has been an excellent and

rewarding experience. I can conclude that there have been
a lot I’ve learnt from my work at GoodSpace. Needless to
say, the technical aspects of the work I’ve done are not
flawless and could be improved provided enough time. As
someone with no prior experience in marketing I think it
was a wonderful experience for myself. I believe my time
spent in research and discovering it was well worth it and
contributed to finding and recruiting leads. Two main things
that I’ve learned the importance of our time-management
skills and self-motivation.
