French language at the Foreign Language Center (FLC) under the University of Science and
Technology of Hanoi (USTH) for nearly five years, to your fellowship program.

Having a thorough overview of the fellowship programs and objectives of both funder and our
Department, your program is a perfect for Mr. Tuan Anh given his proven track record in
working at USTH as well as his career ahead.

During his time at USTH, Tuan Anh has done a great deal of work. Always, in his work, he is
consistent, truly dedicated, passionate in teaching job, particularly cheerful, and a pleasure to
work with. In addition, he has incredible creative energies and a refreshing idealism tempered
