Employment Placement Contract

BETWEEN

Rhodes Tours and Travel, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", a duly registered company under
the laws of the Republic of Uganda, with its principal place of business at Wilson Road , Ivory Plaza, 3rd
Floor, Suit 2.

AND

…………………………………………………………of ……………………, hereinafter referred to as the

"Candidate", an individual who willingly approached the Company for consultation work on employment].

Whereas
 The Company specializes in job placement and employment coordination services.
 The Candidate has been successfully placed in employment by the Company.
 Both parties wish to formalize their agreement regarding the terms and conditions of the
employment placement.

Agreement

The Candidate agrees to undertake employment at the designated workplace as coordinated by the
Company.

Duration of Employment
The Candidate commits to remaining in the employment position for a minimum period of six (6) months
from the date of commencement of employment.

Reimbursement of Expenses
In the event that the Candidate voluntarily terminates their employment before the completion of the six-
month period, the Candidate agrees to reimburse the Company for all expenses incurred during the
placement process. These expenses include but are not limited to visa fees, travel expenses,
administrative costs, and any other related expenses incurred by the Company.

Return Ticket to Uganda

The Candidate acknowledges and agrees that if they choose to terminate their employment before the
completion of the six-month period, they will be responsible for bearing the costs associated with their
return ticket to Uganda.

Compensation for Breach

In the event of a breach of this agreement by the Candidate, including but not limited to premature
termination of employment, the Candidate agrees to compensate the Company for any losses incurred
as a result of the breach.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
Uganda, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties concerning the
subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and
discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement as of the date herein written.
