Summary

Life definition: The condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the
capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death.

Death definition: The action or fact of dying or being killed; the end of the life of a person or organism. But it
also depends on each different religion.

Ancient Egypt theory

Egyptians made elaborate preparations for death such as filling their tombs with everything they had in a normal life.
They believed in many burial practices and prepared for it earnestly and carefully. They believed in a better second life, so
they described ideas about death on the coffin walls. After death, a procession was led into the underworld and eventually
into the Land of Two Fields by Anubis, the god of the death.

Buddhist theory

Many religions, whether they believe in the soul’s existence in another world like Christianity, Islam and many
pagan belief systems, or in reincarnation like many forms of Hinduism and Buddhism, believe that one’s status
in afterlife in a reward or punishment for their conduct during life.

Hinduism Theory
It’s a religious tradition from India most Hindus believe that all living thing have souls that survive death.
Islam theory
It is a religion that is based on the book of the Koran. His faithful believe in Allah (God). For Muslims, the
concept of death and the afterlife in Islam is derived from the holy Qur'an, the final revealed message from God.
Muslims believe strongly life after death begins with the resurrection of man, after which there will come a
moment when every human will be shaken as they are confronted with their intentions and deeds, good and bad,
and even by their failure to do good in this life.

Christian Theory:

The standard view of life after death has long focused on a disembodied soul that, immediately pursuant to the
expiration of the body, goes either to heaven or to hell.

African Theory:
According to African belief, life does not end with death, but continues in another realm.
