1 INTRODUCTION

The present document summarises the Material Take Off related to the civil works on the 4 sites to be
developed during the initial phases of the Perenco Peru Block 67 Field Development Project. These sites
are:
- Piraña Central Processing Facilities (CPF)
- Curaray Terminal
- Piraña Production pads PPi1 and PPi3

This MTO covers

- General Earthworks required for site preparation and (scrapping, backfilling and excavating)
- Civil concrete works
- Roads Construction
- UndergroundOpen Drain Pipes

Tis MTO does not cover

- CT Offloading Ramp
- CT River dredging
- Access Roads to the sites (PPi-1, PPi-3, CPF, CT)

The quantities indicated herein are basic engineering estimates only and do not include any
contingency.

Material Take Off for steel structures is covered in document ref. [x]. This steel structures MTO includes,
among other items, the piles that will be used for foundations.

4 GENERAL ASSUMPTION

4.1 Geotextiles

Geotextiles will primarily be used in roads construction.

It shall be noted that the 2:1 slopes delimiting the various sites are considered to be stable. Hence geotextile
that may be used for stabilisation purposes do not appear in the present MTO.
A provision has however been added for stabilisation of 1:1 slopes on CPF (around diluent and crude
pumping stations) and of the outer wall of the diluent and crude storage bunds.

4.2 Steel Reinforcments

The amount of steel re-inforcement is estimated assuming an average rebar density of 100kg/concrete m3.

4.3 Lean Concrete

The lean concrete volume is calculated considering a thickness of 50mm under each concrete foundation.
