NOTES:
(1) External bolting to be zinc plated / bichromate treated
(2) Non CAF flat gaskets, 2mm thick up to 14” and 3mm above or Spiral wound 316L PTFE filler 4mm thick, 3.2mm thick 316L SS winding internal and
external centering rings per ASME B16.20
(3) Piping to safe location by OTHERS. VENDOR to supply flame arrestor.

All given thicknesses are indicative only, subject to calculation verification by VENDOR. Thickness of pad reinforcement shall not exceed 1.5*shell or head

thickness for local load reinforcement purpose.

(23) : Access plat-forms and stairs shall be supported by the tank, size and location to be confirmed BY VENDOR.

Welded gussets for the supporting steel shall be provided accordingly.

VENDOR to check the local loads on tank induced by platforms and stairs.

Starting point for stairs is 220°.

Assumed weight of the platforms and stairs, (3 000 kg) is not included within actual weights, but used for Foundation loads calculations.

(24) : Tank dimensions are based on a 750 bbls standard potable water tank, i.e 15 ft-6 in diameter and 24 ft height.
