CHAPTER IV

ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN

This chapter includes all that is needed to form an Organizational Plan. It

consists of Legal Form of Business, Organizational Structure of the business,

Qualifications of Officers, Office Equipment, and the Administrative Expenses.

IV. 1 Legal Form of Business

The SymoneG’s Coffee is a Sole Proprietorship type of business.

Cashier

- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Friendly and positive attitude

Barista

- Previous experience working as a barista or in a coffee shop environment


- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and espresso-based
drinks
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating high-quality
beverages
- Understanding of coffee mix, roasts, and flavor profiles
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and drink recipes
Masseur

- Certification or licensure as a massage therapist


- Experience providing professional massage services
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and their benefits
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor massages to meet the unique needs of each client
- Understanding of proper sanitation and hygiene practices in a massage
setting
IV. 4 Office Equipment/ Furniture & Fixtures

 POS System Cashier Machine – it is used for allowing the cashiers to keep the
money.

 Record book – used for transactional activities

 Calculator – used to tallying

 Biometrics – used to monitor employees time-in and time-out

 Computer set – used in making online transactions and also used in inventories
of the products

 CCTV – used to monitor the activities inside and outside the establishment.

 Speaker- For creating a relaxing environment with harmonious sounds

 Air Conditioner- For a cool environment away from Gensan’s hot climates

 Sofas and Armchairs- Comfortable and inviting seating options for customers to
relax and enjoy their coffee. Look for upholstered pieces in warm, inviting colors.

 Coffee Tables- Placed in front of sofas and armchairs, coffee tables provide a
convenient surface for customers to place their drinks and belongings while they
read or socialize.
 Bookshelves- for customers to enjoy while they sip their coffee.

 Table Lamps- Soft, ambient lighting can create a cozy atmosphere in reading
nooks. Consider adding table lamps on end tables or side tables near the seating
areas.

 Area Rugs- help define the reading nook areas and provide a cozy, comfortable
vibe.

 Small Tables and Chairs- for customers who prefer a more traditional seating
option.

 Bar Counter and Stools- For customers who prefer to sit at a higher surface, a
bar counter with stools can provide an alternative seating option.

 Menu Boards: A decorative and functional way to display our menu and any daily
specials.

 Laptop Charging Stations: With a growing number of customers working


remotely, areas equipped with charging stations can be an attractive feature for
our coffee shop and promote longer stays.

supervisor, the monthly wage is PHP 20,000.00. The total of the wages combined was

PHP 46,154.40 + PHP 20,000.00.
