This narrative report is a reflection to provide what I have learned at the seminar L.I.F.E.
Training. It is structured to recall, reflect, and share the knowledge.

L.I.F.E. stands for:

Leadership

Integrity

Faith; and

Excellence

I have learned that Leadership is an action, not a title. That in order for us to be
followed, we must lead and not be bossing around. We should do the right things in all
situations at all times. And we must do it with the right heart. Different objects of faith
have different strength of faith. In God we must have faith, for whoever believes in Him
should not perish but have eternal life. Excellence is not about being perfect, but rather
giving your best. For perfection demands flawlessness but excellence embraces growth.
