AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement made and entered into by and between:

ORLAN KYLE C. DELA CRUZ, the elected SK Chairperson of

Barangay Inirangan;

- and -

MARGARITA L. AGUSTIN, the appointed barangay treasurer of

Barangay Inirangan.

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, according to the SK Reform Law, SK Officials are required to

open their own bank accounts in order to achieve financial independence for
their respective councils;

WHEREAS, in the Annual Budget of the Barangays, 10% of the General

Fund is designated as the SK Fund;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises,

the Barangay Treasurer and the SK Chairperson shall agree and stipulate the
following:

A. The Barangay Treasurer shall:

a.1. Deposit monthly or quarterly the earmarked share from the General
Fund to the SK Fund;

a.2. Maintain and produce a duplicate copy of the deposit slip/receipt for
the Barangay and SK Councils’ records;

B. The SK Chairperson shall:

b.1. Remind the Barangay Treasurer of the deposit of the earmarked
share from the General Fund to the SK Fund;

b.2. Secure a duplicate copy of the deposit slip/receipt;

b.3. Record this deposit in the Sk Council’s Financial

Records/Documents; and

b.4. Verify that the amount listed on the deposit slip/receipt is the
correct amount in relation to the total amount.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the SK Chairperson and the Barangay

Treasurer hereto have caused these presents to be signed this 30 th day of
January 2023 at Barangay Inirangan, Bayambang, Pangasinan.
