vacation?

A: My vacation was amazing! I went to Hue with my family.

V: That sounds great! What were some of your favorite things

about Hue?

A: I loved visiting the Hue Imperial Citadel /ɪmˈpɪə.ri.əl/ and

seeing the Imperial Palace and the Forbidden City. It was so
interesting to learn about the Nguyen Dynasty and how they
ruled Vietnam.

V: I agree, the Đại Nội is a must-see for any visitor to Hue. Did
you go to any other historical sites?

A: Yes, I also visited the Khai Dinh Tomb and the Thien Mu
Pagoda. Both of them were incredibly /ɪnˈkred.ə.bli/ beautiful
and impressive. I especially /ɪˈspeʃ.əl.i/ loved the intricate
/ˈɪn.trɪ.kət/ details /ˈdiː.teɪl/ on the Khai Dinh Tomb.

V:That sounds pecfect !What did you go to eat?

A:I also tried many delicious dishes /dɪʃiz/ such as Hue beef
/bif/ noodle soup, Hen rice, and Banh beo, nam, loc.

because it's both ancient /ˈeɪn.ʃənt/ and modern. Do you have

A: Yes, I was most impressed by the Hue Citadel, the

architecture /ˈɑː.kɪ.tek.tʃər/ there is so beautiful and
magnificent /mæɡˈnɪf.ɪ.sənt/. I also enjoyed walking on Truong
Tien Bridge and watching the poetic /pəʊˈet.ɪk Huong River.

V: I also had a wonderful vacation in Nha Trang with my family.

I visited Vinpearl Land, Hon Chong, Ponagar Tower, and Dai
Beach. I also enjoyed many delicacies /ˈdel.ɪ.kə.si/ like Banh
Can, Nem Nuong, and Bun Cha Ca.

A: That sounds delicious! I also love Nha Trang for its beautiful
beaches and delicious food. Do you have any memorable
experiences in Nha Trang?

V: Yes, I enjoyed swimming at Dai Beach the most, the water

there is so clear and cool. I also loved walking on the beach
and watching the sunset.
