PT TRIVE INVEST FUTURES;

2 That, application of President

Director of PT GLOBAL KAPITAL

INVESTAMA BERJANGKA has fulfilled

the requirements completely and

 correctly on 3 August 2023, and on

that base it is considered to give

approval for change of name from

PT GLOBAL KAPITAL INVESTAMA

BERJANGKA into PT TRIVE INVEST

FUTURES;

HAS DECIDED

To stipulate : HEAD OF COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING

 SUPERVISORY AGENCY ON APPROVAL FOR

CHANGE OF NAME OF FUTURES BROKER FROM

PT GLOBAL KAPITAL INVESTAMA BERJANGKA

INTO PT TRIVE INVEST FUTURES.

FIRST DICTUM : Grant approval for change of name of

Futures Broker, formerly named PT

GLOBAL KAPITAL INVESTAMA BERJANGKA

into PT TRIVE INVEST FUTURES.

SECOND DICTUM : This approval shall be effective

during PT TRIVE INVEST FUTURES

actively running its activities.

THIRD DICTUM : Futures Broker in carrying out its

activities, with due observance total

target transactions which have been

submitted in the Business Planning

and reporting its performance of

activities to BAPPEBTI as an

evaluation material in accordance

with its license.

FOURTH DICTUM : Change of name of Futures Broker

shall not eliminate or remove its

responsibilities as Futures Broker

against the Customer’s claim over all

 actions or violation that causes

losses suffered by Customers prior to

the stipulation of the Change of Name

of Futures Broker

FIFTH DICTUM : If in the future it turns out there

is an error in this decision, changes

can be made accordingly.

SIXTH DICTUM : The Decision of this Head of Agency

is valid commencing from the

stipulation date.
