ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Monitoring is a periodically recurring task already beginning in the planning stage of a project or
program. This allows results, processes and experiences to be documented as used as basis for decision-
making and learning process. Through it, the acquired data is used for evaluation in assessing the
programs and projects as to its relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.

Provided Technical Support in the implementation of the different Programs, Projects and Activities

A. Enhanced SIP

Following implementation of the plan, assessments will help to understand what parts of the plan
are working, and what would need to be improved.

 Reviewed and validated Enhanced School Improvement Plan (ESIP) of the schools in Malapatan
1 and 2, Alabel 1 and 2,& North Malungon Districts

B. MPRE &INSET

 To ensure the effectiveness of the program and the performance of the teachers and learners,
monitoring and Technical Assistance were given to teachers during MPRE and INSET to schools
in Maitum District

C. Basic Education Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (BEMEF)

 To ensure that the school plans, policies, systems and processes are geared towards the
achievement of the organizational outcomes.
 Served as learning facilitator in the conduct of BEMEF Orientation to Section/ Unit Heads and
School Heads

D. Budget Accountability Report (BAR-1)

 Served as facilitator in the conduct of Bar-1 for AO and ADAS in IUs schools
 Prepared quarterly BAR 1 report for submission to DBM

E. School Readiness and Oplan Balik-Eskwela

 To address some concerns and issues, monitoring and technical assistance were provided
during the School Readiness and Balik-Eskwela to be reported to concern offices in the SDO.

F. Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM)

 This aims to reduce the damages caused by natural hazards like earthquake, floods and
others through an ethic of prevention. Series of trainings and activities were conducted and
monitored.

G. Served as validator during the conduct of Division-wide Best KD Model Classroom

H. Served as validator in the Alternative Learning System (ALS) learner’s portfolio


2. Established feedback mechanism on the on-site monitoring on the use of online evaluation as M&E
tool in the different trainings, programs and activities conducted and report the results and findings to
the program holders as basis for policy directions.

3. Served as member in the Rewards and Recognition Committee that contributed to the success of the
Division PRIME-HRM Bronze Award.

4. Awarded as Third Placer as Punctual Employee of the Year CY 2022.

5. Awarded in the Most Punctual for CY 2023 for the following months:
