Dear Parents,

Kindly find the Time table for Grade: 7A

1. School Timings–8:10 am -2:50pm. In school timing arrival and dispersal timings are not included.
Arrival will happen between 8:00 am- 8:10 am. Any student arriving after 8:10 am will be getting a late
mark in the school diary. After 3 late marks, the child will be sent home. We seek your cooperation in this
regard.
2. There will be two breaks–
● Short Break for breakfast
● Long Break for lunch
Note Kindly refer to the timetable to know the timings of the same. Students must carry their water bottles.
Junk food is not allowed. Non-vegetarian food is strictly not allowed to be brought in tiffin.

3. Students should get books as per the timetable to ensure that the bag weight is within permissible limits.
4. Wednesday–No Books Day. Weekly Test will be conducted on every Wednesday 3rd and 4th period.
5. Notebooks and textbooks are to be brought as per the timetable. There will be a random weight check of
the students’ bags, kindly adhere to this strictly. No extra material or fancy stationery to be carried. The
kits are kept in the school with proper labeling. 4 sharpened pencils are to be sent every day. NO
sharpener, eraser, or scale is NOT allowed. Avoid sending a metallic scale bottle or compass for safety
reasons.
6. All text books and note books must be labeled before sending them to school. Please ensure that the label
includes the NAME of the child, GRADE and the SUBJECT.
7. All information will be sent to the parents through the school portal via circular. No personal calls or
messages will be accepted by the teachers. Please refrain from sending messages to teachers.
8. Timetable will be visible on the portal as per the grade and division assigned to your child.
