It is my pleasure to recommend Mai, she is a special individual whom I have been observing and knowing
since her childhood. From the early years, Mai strikes me as a lovely, witty, quick minded little girl who
always brings great energy to the room and she has the qualities that have undoubtedly shaped her into
the remarkable individual she is today.

I’ve known Mai since her upbringing, the guidance of her loving parents has joined in her a sense of
integrity, kindness, and intellectual curiosity. Her mother, a respected individual during her finance career
days, has been a constant source of inspiration, encouraging Mai to pursue her passions and dive deep
into the pursuit of finance. Meanwhile, Mai's father, a dedicated researcher, has imparted upon her the
importance of curiosity and critical thinking, traits that Mai embodies.

From her early stages, I have observed that Mai has exhibited a natural inclination towards exploration
and understanding. I vividly recall her insatiable curiosity and adventurous spirit. She was always eager to
dive deep into matters with her about what Mai was passionate about. Her constant desire to improve
stems from her early years as a dancer during her high school days. I remembered she telling about her
performance at Hanoi Cultural Palace for a play. For three months, she poured her heart and soul into
preparing for that moment, watching back at the video, her radiant smile and confidence as she took the
stage still leaves a great impression on my mind. It was when I really felt her commitment to excellence
and her ability to showcase her talents with grace and dedication.

I must mention her command of English is exceptional. She was able to articulate her thoughts and
express ideas and also created a warm and welcoming atmosphere whenever she wanted to express
herself. Her expressive self since young age remains until this day, she would be the person whom I think
wouldn't be shy to strike up a conversation with other people. I can still vividly recall a time when she
comfortably approached foreign tourists on the bustling streets of Hanoi, blending in easily with the
people there. Her full command of spoken English, as well as the ability to utilize it in realistic situations
give me confidence that she will be a great match for the community.

As Mai carries with her a wealth of experiences and a deep-seated belief in the power of connection and
understanding. With her linguistic talent, interpersonal skills, and her genuine interest for finance, I can
strongly recommend Thanh Mai for admission to your Scholarship hunting program for the University of
