am now ready to facilitate learning session
T2: Good morning trainees you may now come in, And please sign the

T3: OK before we proceed to our formal discussion I have here your
attendance and once I call your name you may stand up and have a short
self introduction

T4: Thank you for your participation, Welcome to Morden School
Institute of Technical Education and allow me to introduce myself I am
Jason Morden and I will be your trainer for the whole duration of your
training for housekeeping NC2 .

T5: Alright, I have here a different tools and I want you to answer this,
First one the learning style questionnaire all you have to do is to Answer
this by following the instruction this will help me to identify the
different learning style of each learner ,for an example You got a high
score in Section 1 Meaning you are a visual learner it means you learn
more by seeing or watching demonstrations and if ever you got a high
score in Section 2 it means that you are an auditory learner it means you
learn more through verbal instruction from self or others and lastly if
you got a high score in Section 3 it means you are a kinesthetic learner
meaning to say you learn by doing or direct involvement ,Is there any
question if none, please get one and pass and answer this within 10
minutes.

T6 : I also have here the data gathering tool, This will help me to
identify your characteristics including your educational attainment ,

T7: And lastly, I have here the self-assessment guide all you have to do
is to check the box either yes or no in each unit of competency , This
will help us to assess you individually if you have an experience or you
have the prior knowledge in this training. Is there any question? if none

T8 : OK you can now have your break for at least 10 minutes as I check
the results. OK lets continue, based on the results of your learning style
questionnaire that you have answered it appears here Both of you got a
high score in section 1 and 2 it means you are both a Visual & auditory
learner,
For the data gathering tool that you have also answered it appears here
that Mister blah you are from benguet and you speak ilocano and Mr.
blah you are from pangasinan and you speak pangasinense and since I
am not from f beguet nor Pangasinan , from now on I will be using
tagalog and English only in order for us to have an effective
communication and training OK, is there any question?
T9 : And lastly based on the result of your self-assessment guide it
appears here that Mister blah you have checked “ Yes” All the areas
under unit of competency 1 meaning you have acquired an experience
and prior knowledge, therefore I would be asking you to please provide
any proof or a certificate in order for me to validate and recognize your
prior learning .

And for mr blah you have check no all the areas from the whole unit of
competency , meaning You have no prior knowledge or experience for
this qualification but you don’t have worry I will be here to help you to
undergo this training and acquire the skills.

2ND DAY
T10: Good morning, Mr. UNICO I have already checked the evidences
or certificate that I required you to bring and I called your previous
employer and your evidences was validated.
therefore I will now mark with check the ff:

Okay, Mr. UNICO since you are advancing to unit of competency 2 ,I

want you to get and read your information sheet 2.1-1 at the practical
laboratory area ,After reading please answer the Self check and compare
your answer to the answer key you are only given 20 minutes.

T11: And you Mr. CRUZ you will stay here at the contextual area
because we will be having a discussion first in order for you to learn
the 1st unit of competency.

demonstrating to you first On how to do the make up bed please observe

first you will be having a written exam with 40 items.

assessment for you to have your demonstrations and oral question(Done
Demo)
