Sub:- Law and order – N.T.R District – Tiruvuru Mandal – Rs.2,11,000- seized by the Police in near
AMC Check Post, Tiruvuru on 23.01.2024 – request to verify the cash genuinety – Orders
issued.

ORDER:-

With reference 1 st cited the Station House Officer , Tiruvuru has submitted that on
23.01.2024 at 13.30 hrs to 14.15 hrs along with their HC 4266, PC 4120 checking vehicles near AMC,
Check post, Tiruvuru and also stated that they stopped one the pedestrian by name Sri Gayam
Srikanth S/o Raghupathi Rao, 30 yrs, C/Yadava, Mandalapadu Village of Penuballi Mandal (Telangana),
was found with Rs.2,11,000/- (Two Lakhs Eleven thousand rupees ) in carrying bag and he produced some
bills or receipts for this amount at time of seized. He also stated that, in these circumstances he seized the
amount of Rs.2,11,000/- (Two Lakhs Eleven thousand rupees ) and also requested that may verify the
genuineness transaction of cash and take necessary action.
After that, I interact with Sri Gayam Srikanth S/o Raghupathi Rao, 30 yrs, C/Yadava, Mandalapadu
Village of Penuballi Mandal,, who found with suspected amount of Rs.2,11,000/- (Two Lakhs Eleven
thousand rupees rupees ) and interrogate him at 14.30 hrs through PC4252 A.Gopi Nayak of Tiruvruru
Police Station on 23.01.2024, at the time of interrogation he produced Gokul Jualaries bills of Sri P.Ramesh
and K.kiran, according to the produced bills he collected the amount of Rs.2,11,000/- on 23.01.2024 and he
stated on that the carried amount Rs.2,11,000/- for the purpose of Gold business collected from Gold Shops
surrounding villages of Penuballi mandal (Telangana), wide reference number 2 statement of Sri Gayam
Srikanth S/o Raghupathi Rao, verified and also found it is correct.

After careful examination, instructions were given to Station House Officer, Tiruvuru release the
amount of Rs.2,11,000/- (Two Lakhs Eleven thousand rupees rupees ) to Sri Gayam Srikanth S/o
Raghupathi Rao, 30 yrs, C/Yadava, Mandalapadu Village of Penuballi Mandal (Telangana).
