Strengths:
Dedication to learning: I am dedicated to learn as much as I
can. I have learned many things and I am still curious to learn
new things.

Time management: I manage my time carefully. I got many

tasks such as academic work, homework, tuition, assignment,
presentations etc. I have to do all of this in a short time. So, I
manage my time wisely so that I can do all of them on time.

Communication skills: I can communicate with anyone easily. I

count it as one of my strengths. I can articulate ideas clearly, do
listen actively and foster collaboration through open and
concise communication.

Problem solving skill: I solve my problem carefully and wisely. I got

many problems but I handled them with patience. It is also a strength of
mine.

Weaknesses:

Perfectionism: At times, my pursuit of perfection may lead

to spending too much time on a task. I do my work with
perfection. It consumes too much time.

Reluctance to delegate: I prefer to handle tasks

independently, sometimes overlooking the Reluctance
benefits of collaboration.

Impatience with inefficiency: I can become frustrated in

situations where processes are not optimized.

Public speaking nervousness: I get nervous when I get

on the stage. Because I have never given any public
speech. With practice I will overcome this weakness
someday.

Opportunities:

Extracurricular Activities: As a student of University of Dhaka, I

have many opportunities up there. Extracurricular activity is
one of them. There are many clubs in this university. So, I can
join them and can build my skills.

Networking: As I am good at communication, I can do

networking easily. I can interact with people and can learn
many things from them.

Skill Development: There are many chances for developing my

skills. I can learn computer skills in future and I can do
productive work with them.

Mentorship: I got many seniors in my campus. They are many

gentle and supportive. They can provide me guidance and can
share their experiences with me so that I can know what to do
and what not.

Threats:

Rapid Technological Changes: The fast pace of technological

advantages poses a threat if skills become outdated. Now the
technology has made the world easy and the job market
competitive. It is a threat for me to cope up with these rapid
changes.

Economic Instability: Economic downturns may impact job

security and available opportunities. It can be a challenge for
me.

Competition: There are too much competition in job market

and other sectors. This can be a threat for me. I have to
improve my skills to cope up with it.

Age Discrimination: In certain industries, there might be

challenges related to age discrimination, particularly for
individuals either entering the workforce or those nearing
retirement age.
