Findings and Comments:

Twin-wall polycarbonate sheet is a multi-layered polycarbonate sheet. This sheet has interconnected
channels that make small chambers inside the two layers of polycarbonate. Because of this, dirt may get
trapped inside these chambers during installation or during repairs.
This is the case with the Polycarbonate Canopy Roof in Rustan's Makati. The dirt that you see above the
Polycarbonate Roof are the sealant and vulcaseal applied at the joints and holes during installation. Also
some of the twin-walls are already torn resulting to dirt getting inside the small chambers. These dirts cannot
be removed.

Recommendation:
Replacement of the affected twin-wall polycarbonate.
