management and Board of Directors. Evaluate investment

and sustainability.
Audit and Internal Controls: Audit and Internal Controls: Coordinate financial audits,
reviews, and compliance assessments with external
auditors and regulatory agencies. Implement and monitor
internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and
ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Budget Management: Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process,
collaborating with department heads and executives to
develop annual operating budgets, capital budgets, and
revenue projections. Monitor budget performance,
identify variances, and implement corrective actions as
needed.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports,
statements, and analyzes for internal management,
Board of Directors, regulatory agencies, and external
stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting
standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
