- We will design the work based on the reference glass vase image shared with us above.

- Glossy polishing will be applied to all vases, covering the entire outer surface and partially extending to the inner area.

Payments terms:
We accept payments as follows:

- 50% of the product price will be required as an advance payment upon ordering, and the remaining 50%, including GST, will be
payable after the completion of the entire work and approval of the product.

For making payments to us, you can choose from the following two options:

- Mobile Wallet
- Direct bank transfer via NEFT/RTGS (bank details will be provided after confirming the order).

Approval and Manufacturing Time*:

After making an upfront payment, we will send you an email to confirm your order. As we are a manufacturer and this involves
entirely handmade work, please note that we will require at least 25-30 working days to complete the entire project.
Transportation and Packaging:
Packaging will be done keeping in mind the safety of the product.
Transportation cost is a variable and depends on many factors like the actual weight of the product after packaging and logistic rates
at the time of dispatch.
Transportation timing depends upon the logistics agency, which will be beyond our control. We will provide you with details of
logistics after dispatching the product.
The courier company will deliver the product at the entrance gate, they will not carry it inside the house or any upper floors.
We prefer to use one of the leading courier companies namely DHL Express, DTDC, Professionals, Delhivery, Railway, UPS or FedEx
depending upon the location specific service availability.
We can also use any service of the client's choosing. Courier agency delivered your goods as per dispatching address provided by you
to us. Shipment timing depends upon courier agency service, which will be beyond our control .
Return Policy:
Goods once sold and shipped cannot be taken back. If any type of damage occurred during shipment of goods you have to inform us
immediately through Video and photographs when you opened the Box with proof that there is damage occurred in transportation of
goods so we can inform courier agency to claim a refund of amount. Please open the product boxes very carefully.
The validity of Quotation:
Our offer shall remain valid for a period of 15 days from the date of our offer and subject to our confirmation thereafter.
Note:
*Delivery time may vary if any unforeseen circumstances crop up like - Act of God/Government imposed lockdowns/natural
calamities/ etc.
*** We work on providing the replica as per our client's specifications, but there may be minor variations as it's a hand-carved item.

Any legal dispute arising out of this quotation is subject to Jaipur,Rajasthan, India jurisdiction only.
